What you’ll be involved in
- Coordinating installation teams and electricians so work runs smoothly
- Planning and scheduling projects to make the best use of time and resources
- Helping maintain high quality standards across all work
- Supporting materials ordering, stock availability and returns
- Liaising with customers to keep communication clear and professional
- Supporting staff and helping maintain a positive working environment
- Assisting with pricing, quotations and identifying chargeable extras
- Helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the business
What will help you succeed
- Experience in operations, contracts management or project management
- Background in electrical contracting, construction, renewable energy or a related industry
- Confidence planning work, coordinating people and managing multiple priorities
- Competence with administrative and scheduling tasks
- Good communication and customer service ability
- A full clean UK driving licence
- Ability to work 6:45am to 4:30pm
