Operations Manager, Renewable Energy / Electrical Contracting

Newton, Carnforth, £35 - £45 k DOE, plus Company Vehicle

What you’ll be involved in

• Coordinating installation teams and electricians so work runs smoothly
• Planning and scheduling projects to make the best use of time and resources
• Helping maintain high quality standards across all work
• Supporting materials ordering, stock availability and returns
• Liaising with customers to keep communication clear and professional
• Supporting staff and helping maintain a positive working environment
• Assisting with pricing, quotations and identifying chargeable extras
• Helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the business

What will help you succeed

• Experience in operations, contracts management or project management
• Background in electrical contracting, construction, renewable energy or a related industry
• Confidence planning work, coordinating people and managing multiple priorities
• Competence with administrative and scheduling tasks
• Good communication and customer service ability
• A full clean UK driving licence
• Ability to work 6:45am to 4:30pm
